Noncritical (antiphosphatidylethanolamine antiphosphatidylserine antibodies) more often determined pronounced hemodynamic changes detected 36.9% cases.Most circulating cardiolipin β2-glycoprotein-1 (21 (17.2%) people) had (up 20 U/ml) levels median level placenta-associated complications which associated (28.5 (18.1) higher than these (18.6 (7.4); P<0.01).Conclusions. circulation mother’s blood is great importance for predicting development its severity. An increase concentration maternal serum correlates severe forms, timing onset complications. In dysfunction, includes lupus anticoagulant, cardiolipin, phosphatidylserine phosphatidylethanolamin. Their identification increases efficiency diagnostics syndrome.
